Refund Policy
This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, cancellations, and returns may be requested for products and services purchased from Purifyvibrant. We aim to handle all requests fairly and in accordance with Norwegian consumer protection law.

Purifyvibrant offers non-medical organizational team development consulting, educational products (digital modules and printed workbooks), and structured team challenge programs. Because these offerings differ in nature and delivery method, refund and cancellation terms vary by product category. This policy provides clear guidance for each category.
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act (Forbrukerkjøpsloven), the Right of Cancellation Act (Angrerettloven), or other applicable mandatory consumer protection legislation.

3. Educational Products — Digital Modules
3.1 Right of Withdrawal
For digital educational modules purchased online, you have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase under the Norwegian Right of Cancellation Act, provided you have not begun accessing or downloading the digital content. Once you have accessed, downloaded, or activated a digital module, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is forfeited for that product, as permitted under Angrerettloven Section 22.
3.2 Refund Eligibility for Digital Products
Refunds for digital modules may be granted under the following conditions:
- Within withdrawal period: Full refund if requested within fourteen days and content has not been accessed
- Technical failure: Full or partial refund if the digital product is demonstrably defective and cannot be resolved through technical support within five business days
- Duplicate purchase: Full refund for accidental duplicate purchases reported within seven days
- Material misdescription: Full refund if the product substantially differs from its published description, subject to our review
Refunds are not available for digital modules where the purchaser has completed more than twenty-five percent of the module content, except in cases of proven technical defect or material misdescription.
3.3 Refund Process for Digital Products
To request a refund for a digital product, contact us at assist@purifyvibrant.world with your order reference, purchase date, and reason for the request. We will review your request within five business days and notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within fourteen business days.
4. Educational Products — Printed Workbooks
4.1 Right of Withdrawal
Printed workbooks are physical goods subject to the standard fourteen-day right of withdrawal under the Right of Cancellation Act. The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the physical product. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision before the fourteen-day period expires.
4.2 Return Conditions
To qualify for a refund on returned printed workbooks:
- The product must be returned in its original condition, unused and undamaged
- Original packaging should be included where possible
- Return shipping costs are borne by the purchaser unless the return is due to our error or a defective product
- Products marked as non-returnable at the point of purchase (e.g., customized editions) are excluded from standard return provisions
4.3 Defective Physical Products
If a printed workbook arrives damaged, misprinted, or materially defective, contact us within thirty days of receipt with photographic evidence. We will offer a replacement at no additional cost or a full refund including return shipping costs, at your preference.
5. Consulting Services
5.1 Cancellation Before Commencement
Consulting engagements may be cancelled by either party before the agreed start date. Cancellation terms are specified in the individual service agreement or proposal. Standard terms are as follows:
- More than fourteen days before start: Full refund of any prepaid fees
- Seven to fourteen days before start: Refund of prepaid fees minus a fifteen percent administrative charge
- Less than seven days before start: Refund of prepaid fees minus a thirty percent administrative charge, reflecting scheduling commitments
5.2 Cancellation After Commencement
Once a consulting engagement has commenced, refunds are calculated based on work completed:
- Fees for sessions already delivered are non-refundable
- Fees for scheduled but undelivered future sessions may be refunded minus a ten percent administrative charge if cancellation is initiated by the client
- If we are unable to deliver agreed services due to circumstances within our control, unused prepaid fees will be refunded in full
5.3 Dissatisfaction With Consulting Services
If you are dissatisfied with consulting services, we encourage you to raise concerns promptly so we can address them. We do not offer refunds based on subjective dissatisfaction with organizational outcomes, as team development results depend on many factors beyond our direct control. However, if services were not delivered as described in the agreed scope document, we will work with you to remedy the situation through additional sessions, revised deliverables, or a partial refund proportional to undelivered scope.
6. Programs and Team Challenges
6.1 Enrollment Cancellation
Team challenge programs and structured programs may be cancelled under the following terms:
- Before program start date: Full refund of enrollment fees if cancelled at least seven days before the program begins
- Within seven days of start: Fifty percent refund of enrollment fees to cover preparatory materials and administrative costs
- After program start: No refund for enrollment fees, but access to remaining program materials may be transferred to another team member within the same organization upon written request
6.2 Program Modifications
We reserve the right to modify program schedules, facilitators, or delivery formats due to unforeseen circumstances. If a substantial modification affects your ability to participate, you may request a full refund or transfer to a future program session at no additional cost.
7. Exclusions
The following are not eligible for refunds under this policy:
- Services fully delivered in accordance with the agreed scope document
- Digital content accessed, downloaded, or activated beyond the withdrawal period
- Customized or bespoke materials created specifically for your organization
- Third-party costs incurred on your behalf (venue hire, travel expenses) unless we failed to deliver the associated service
- Requests made more than six months after the original purchase or service completion date, except where statutory rights apply
8. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
To initiate a refund or cancellation request, please contact us with the following information:

- Date of purchase or service agreement
- Product or service category
- Detailed reason for the refund or cancellation request
- Supporting documentation (photos of defective products, correspondence, etc.) where relevant

We acknowledge all refund requests within three business days and aim to provide a decision within ten business days of receiving complete information.
9. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed as follows:
- Payment method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
- Processing time: Refunds are initiated within fourteen business days of approval
- Bank processing: Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional five to ten business days for the refund to appear in your account
- Currency: Refunds are issued in the currency of the original transaction (typically NOK)
- Partial refunds: Where applicable, the refund amount will be clearly communicated with an itemized explanation
10. Consumer Rights
As a consumer purchasing from Purifyvibrant, you retain all rights granted under mandatory Norwegian and European consumer protection legislation. This policy is designed to complement, not replace, your statutory rights. If any provision of this policy conflicts with mandatory consumer law, the mandatory provisions prevail.

Chargebacks initiated without prior communication may delay resolution and could affect your ability to purchase future services. We cooperate fully with legitimate chargeback investigations and provide relevant documentation to payment processors when requested.
